One lane of Highway 88 near Red Lakes is blocked by a rockslide.
Alpine County authorities responding to a report of an accident came upon the rockslide at about 5 p.m. A vehicle was struck by one of the rocks, setting off its airbags.
Traffic is being directed around the rocks. CalTrans and the California Highway Patrol were alerted.
