The Scarselli Scootch-A-Thon/Jog-A-Thon was held at Scarselli Elementary School on May 7, 2009. Students, staff, and volunteers had a great day.

We were able to combine our PTO fundraising with school spirit, a live DJ, and healthy exercise for all involved.

Students completed a total of more than 15,000 laps and raised $9,500 for our school.

A special thank-you goes out to our students, staff, school families, and all other families in our community that donated to our Scootch-A-Thon.

Our parent volunteers were invaluable and enthusiastic on the day of the event.

We would like to recognize and thank the following businesses that supported our event: Kirkwood Ski Resort, Raley's, Driftwood Cafe, Sierra at Tahoe, Pizza Factory (Ranchos), Starbucks (Minden), Domino's Pizza, Bonanza Produce, Kirkwood Sports, Port of Subs, Stephen L.
