The National Weather Service is going all in for rain today, with a chance of precipitation of 80 percent after 11 a.m. One foreboding portend is that the truck carrying flowers for leis broke down in Oakland, according to Davelyn Miyashiro. School officials say they've never had to delay the graduation to Saturday, but that's what will happen if the rains come.
