EDITOR:

I would like to give a big shout-out to all the staff at The Record-Courier. My family and I moved to Carson Valley in 1997 and with two young boys just getting into sports, The Record-Courier was always a big supporter of the youth leagues and then school sports my boys participated in.

Not only that, the paper was always willing to accept an article or two written by my own hand for our daughter who had great successes of her own. Now, my youngest son is graduating and we will no longer have a personal hand in the sports arena pie but I know with The Record-Courier, we will always know who's achieving what and where. Thank you, for being a part of our lives as our children grew up to be young adults.
