Lynn Muzzy says waterboarding is not torture and is nothing more then fake drowning, which by his own definition fake drowning would be torture?

He then, in an attempt at ironic humor, brings up Ted Kennedy. On July 1 he writes "don't trust Democrats" and that Sen. Kennedy is unrepentant and unpunished for the accident in 1969. Where have you been? He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident. Did you have a television in 1969? If so, maybe you saw many of his apologies regarding Mary Jo's death. Manslaughter? No. Is he an alcoholic? No, just Irish.

Lynn said that Rush Limbaugh made a good point. Now that is an oxymoron. Rush and good point don't fit. This drug-taking slimeball says the Republicans, like John Ensign, sometimes don't live up to the "high standards" of the party. Not only his party, but as a decent person.

Mommy and Daddy had to pay 96k in hush money to the woman and her family who he was having sex with. I don't care about the sex but firing her because of the affair, then the pay-off is very interesting.

The Republican Party is full of lying hypocrites. Stanford and Ensign came down hard on President Clinton. They of the party of "the sanctity of marriage, no gay marriage but I can break my marriage vows" group. Lynn claims those immoral Democrats, those immoral have committed manslaughter, embezzlement, sex with underage interns, perjury and obstruction. How did they get in power? Let's see here who committed manslaughter? No one. Embezzlement? Well we have Republican congressman Cunningham for one. Sex with under aged interns that might be Rep. Congressman Foley, but all he did was solicitation of sex from a male page. Let's not forget the tap dancer Sen. "I am not gay" Craig.

Ensign is an embarrassment, lives in a house in Washington with other Bible banging zealots who come down on others' lifestyles, but yet commit the same sins as the ones they condemned. I hope he runs again it will be my pleasure to vote against this man.

I want to thank all of the right-wing comedy writers here in Douglas County. You have awakened me to the absurdity of your points. I am glad this is not mainstream but just some of the wing nut fringe. At least they are not obnoxious like so many other people - just obnoxious in a different and worse way. These conservatives believe that nothing should be done for the first time.
