Motocross track dusty

I agree with Ms. Manning about keeping the track temporary. I live in the area of Pinenut 2 Road and it is noisy and dusty. And, like the shooting range, they come out and shoot and ride all over the Pine Nut area instead of the designated areas. Whatever happend to the mastadon bone issue? I thought we were not supposed to disturb the ground.
