Coin collector and 10-year Gardnerville resident Trubee C. Rogert, 73, died July 20, 2009, at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center.
Born July 22, 1935, in Tekamah, Neb., to Harley K. and Geraldine I. Rogert, he married Wanda in Virginia City 37 years ago.
Mr. Rogert enjoyed fishing as well as collecting coin.
He was preceded in death by his parents and son Trubee Conrad Rogert Jr.
He survived by his wife; son Tim; step-sons Michael (Cathy) and Tom; daughter Tima (Rand) Wilcox; sister Tonna (Ron) Stevens; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Cremation took place at FitzHenry's Crematory in Carson City.
Arrangements are in the care of FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home.
