Use an ashtray

EDITOR:

I read the article about the firefighters preparing for fire season and it got me thinking about the drivers smoking down the road flicking their cigarette butts out the window instead of using their ashtray. I see it all the time, when is there going to be a law about this problem?

Some states have a phone number one can call to report the offense and a heavy fine is given to them. The world is not an ashtray and they are a big reason why a lot of fires are started.
