Minden Plaza Merchants host a community support event for City of Refuge at 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 11, at the Minden Plaza near the intersection of highways 88 and 395 in Minden. Check out Minden Plaza businesses and buy raffle tickets to win door prizes and a grand prize valued at $200.
Country and oldies rock music by the Wild Card band. Hot dogs, lemonade and sweets by Russell's Mercantile available.
Representatives of City of Refuge will be onsite. Make a donation to City of Refuge and register for gift baskets or the grand prize.
