Man held in felony DUI

A man who was spotted coming out of Indian Hills store was taken into custody for felony DUI.

Dan Joseph Beliveau, 51, was arrested at 7 p.m. when he was spotted driving out of the Mica Chevron.

Beliveau allegedly had a preliminary blood alcohol content of .222 when he was pulled over. He had prior convictions on Sept. 30, 2004, and Aug. 13, 2008.

Beliveau appeared in East Fork Justice Court on Monday where his bail was set at $5,000 cash only.
