Baseball: Douglas tops upstart Wooster club

The Douglas baseball team took on a Wooster club that has been hot as of late Tuesday afternoon in Reno and walked away with a 9-4 win.

Junior Michael Whalin picked up the win in relief on the mound, while Tyler May drove in three runs, Beau Davis drove in two and Danny King one. Brett Anderson went 4-for-4 at the plate.

The teams traded leads four times before the Tigers score five answered runs in the final two innings to pull away with the win.
