Christ Presbyterian Church will be open on Good Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. today, for prayers around the cross. Candle lighting and Scripture reading at 9 a.m. and noon, followed by Communion service at 3 p.m. Pastor Bill Baltz leads a closing vespers service at 6 p.m.

Easter service at 9:30 a.m. followed by continental breakfast.

St. Gall Catholic Church

An Easter egg hunt is 11:30 a.m. Sunday at the TRE Community Center. Children must present tickets that are given at 10 a.m. Easter service at Topaz Community Open Bible Church, 1327 Limestone Road, Wellington.

Carson Valley Active 20-30 Club's annual Easter egg hunt is 1 p.m. Sunday in Lampe Park. Three sessions: up to 3 years, ages 4-7 and ages 8-11.
