The Carson City/Storey County 4-H Council Harvest Craft Fair is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 8 at the Fuji Park Exhibit Hall, 601 Old Clear Creek Road, Carson City. Proceeds go to provide scholarships for 4-H youth graduating from Carson City and Storey County schools. 4-H is a youth leadership and development program of University of Nevada Cooperative Extension.
The fair features handmade crafts, balloon animals and face painting. Food vendors offer Indian tacos, smoothies, candy, coffee and bottled water. Admission is $2 or $1 with a can of donated food. Parking is free. Crafter applications accepted until Nov. 7.
