John McCain, 333 votes
Ron Paul, 311 votes
Fred Thompson, 236 votes
Mike Huckabee, 190 votes
Giuliani, 106 votes
Duncan Hunter, 102 votes
Total: 2,213 votes out of 16,000 registered Douglas County voters
