A 23-year-old Mammoth Lakes man was jailed on $10,000 bail Thursday after he was arrested in connection with the sale of 1 pound of marijuana.
Kenneth Timerman was arrested by the Mono County Narcotic Enforcement Team at the culmination of a two-month investigation of sales of marijuana from a Mammoth Lakes residence.
Agents, with the assistance from the Mammoth Lakes Police Department and the Mono County Sheriff's Department served a search warrant at a residence located on Snowridge Lane in the town of Mammoth Lakes.
Timerman was arrested for possession of marijuana for sales, and possession of more than 1 ounce of marijuana. He was booked into the Mono County Jail with a bail of $10,000.
Agents seized approximately 1 pound of marijuana packaged for sale, various scales and packaging materials, along with other items related to the sales of narcotics.
