Chase International has announced it will represent the Eagle Ridge at Genoa development, overseeing the sale of the remaining 33 home sites.
"This area is popular with families, empty nesters and retirees from Lake Tahoe, as well as from Northern and Southern California," said Sue Lowe, corporate broker at Chase's Nevada/California headquarters.
