'Sounds of Broadway' show a success

Editor:

We would like to give our regards and many thanks to everyone who helped make our latest production of "Sounds of Broadway" a huge success. The Carson Valley Inn especially Bill Henderson, Veronica Roberts, Carrie Nicolaisen and Gary Nix, The Record-Courier especially Sharlene Irete, A Gourmet Sewing Company for the use of tuxedos, Rent-A-Center, Teri Levy and Dave Anderson from The Dakota Organization, Carolyn Lancaster, Linda Diego, Sue Smith and Ted Nagel.

We would also like to thank the community for their continued support and overwhelming response. Thanks to them we had four sold out performances.

Countless hours go into making a successful production and many of our volunteers work full-time jobs, but there's one thing we are all certain of - "there's no business like show business."

Our next production is a courtroom drama called "The Night of January 16th" and will be performed at the CVIC Hall Sept. 12-14 and Sept. 19-21. For tickets or information, carsonvalleycommunitytheatre.org.
