In preparation for American Heart Month, Carson Valley Medical Center is offering a free presentation on Nutrition and the Healthy Heart at 11 a.m. on Jan. 27. Presenter Renie Tharp is a registered dietitian who specializes in lipid management. A healthy lunch will be served following the presentation.
Participants are encouraged to bring their most recent cholesterol panel for individual consultations. Space is limited.
