Funk, Schneider engagement announced

Tina Marie Funk and Dyson Schneider, both of Ducor, Calif., announce plans to be married March 17, 2007.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of John and Sydney Raper of Gardnerville. She graduated from Analy High School and Western Nevada Community College with a degree in the medical field. She is a certified EMT and is currently employed by Carson Valley Medical Center as a laboratory phlebotomy technician.

The groom-to-be is the son of Dennis and Debbie Scheider of Porterville. He graduated from Monache High School and California State University, Fresno, with a bachelor's of science degree in agriculture business. He is currently employed in the citrus farming business.

The wedding will be at Nobel's Ranch near Madera, Calif., followed by a reception there. Around 350 guests have been invited to attend.
