BASKETBALL

Autumn Burtt, fr., F, Lassen College: Stats not available.

Leeja James, fr., F, Lassen College: Stats not available.

Nick Lonnegren, soph., G, Butte College: The Roadrunners beat Feather River 80-64 and lost to Shasta 63-61, running their record to 12-13 overall on the year.

BASEBALL

Bryan Miller, jr., OF, Troy University: Scored a run in a 5-1 win over Saint Louis.

Cal Lewis, sr., 3B, South Dakota State: Went 2-for-2 with two walks in a 2-1 win over Sacramento State and went 2-for-6 with two runs, a double and three RBIs in a 15-3 win over the Hornets the next day.

Chris Honer, soph., P, Point Loma: Pitched a perfect two-thirds of an inning in a 7-0 win over The Master's College.

Chad Walling, soph., INF, Western Nevada: The Wildcats beat UC Santa Cruz 2-1 and 9-0 in its home-opening doubleheader over the weekend.

Shane Cauley, jr., OF, Chico State: Cauley is batting .400 through six games played with two RBIs. The Wildcats are currently ranked No. 1 in the country.

D.J. Brady, fr., OF, Mesa College: Mesa is 0-4 to open the year.

SOFTBALL

Kristy Olsen, jr., 3B/OF, Iowa State: The Cyclones went 0-5 at the Ragin' Cajuns Invitational over the weekend. Olsen has two hits and one RBI through six starts and eight games played.

Brittany Puzey, soph., OF, Nevada: The Wolf Pack 3-2 at the Softball by the Beach Invitational with two wins over Nothern Colorado and one over Long Beach State. Puzey has started all 10 of Nevada's games and is batting .280 with eight RBIs.

Valerie Smith, soph., C, Columbia: Season opens March 2 against Penn State.
