Methodist church variety show

Members of the music department of the Carson Valley United Methodist Church, under the direction of Cindy McIntosh, will present their 10th annual Variety Show on Sunday. This year's theme is "The 'I's' Have It," and the show features songs which begin with the letter "I" including solos and ensembles of "I'll Be Seeing You," "I Heard It Through the Grapevine," "I'm a Woman" and "In the Navy."

The program will be 5 p.m. at the Carson Valley United Methodist Church, 1375 Centerville Lane in Gardnerville. Cost for the event is $5 per ticket or $20 for a family of four or more, and dessert is included with the ticket price. For information, call the church office at 782-4600.
