1914-2006


A graveside service is Friday at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, Calif. for Margaret E. Waldron-Hall, 92, who died Sept. 13, 2006, in Gardnerville.

She was born Sept. 5, 1914, in Clear Lake, S.D., to William and Esther Woodward Wolstenholm.


She attended one year of Liberal Arts School York College in York, Neb. She worked as a food service manager for Whittier High School District and she was a homemaker. She attended Evangelical United Brethern Church of Whittier, Calif. She was a Sunday school piano player and teacher as well as a member of the choir. She enjoyed entertaining.

Mrs. Waldron-Hall had been a resident of Whittier, Calif., from 1939 to 1974 and Nampa, Idaho from 1974 to 1998 before moving to Gardnerville eight years ago. She married her first husband Roy Leon Waldron, Oct. 27, 1939 in Los Angeles then her second husband Kenneth Hall, November 1995 in Apple Valley, Calif.


She was preceded in death by her first husband Roy Waldron April 29, 1993 in California and her second husband Kenneth Hall April 22, 1997 also in California, her four brothers Paul, Dean, Howard and Jim. She is survived by her daughters Marilyn Kay Carnwright of Apple Valley, Calif., Bonita Jean Waldron and Myra Jane Waldron both of Gardnerville; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.


Arrangements are in the care of FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home in Gardnerville. There will be a viewing, Sept. 21 at Rose Hills. Memorial contributions can be made to a favorite charity in her name.
