Order 67 rocks Holy Grounds

Order 67 played Friday at Holy Grounds Coffee House on Highway 395.

At 7 p.m., people began piling into the small space of the coffee house. Once inside there was little or no space to move.

"It was packed," said Ellen Webster, the music coordinator for Holy Grounds Coffee House. "It was wall-to-wall people."

Webster asked the band to come and play at the coffee house after hearing about them from a friend.

She said she wanted to give the kids something to do and somewhere to go on a Friday night.

"They were great," said Webster. "It wasn't really my type of music, but they were really good. I've told all my friends about them."

Holy Grounds Coffee House is run by Valley Christian Fellowship and is located near the old Meadowdale Theater.

The band's fan base seems to be increasing. Band member, Bobby Stiehler (lead vocals) was overheard saying it was the biggest crowd they have performed for.

The coffee house is meant to hold 50 people, and there was at least double that Webster said.

"It was such a success," Webster said. " We are looking for a bigger place for that kind of thing, but we have invited them back and hope they decide to soon."

Local band members Stiehler, Caleb Brown, Andy Hales and Jordan Weihskopf are participating in a contest with Good Morning America and YouTube.
