• Four lucky seniors were treated to lunch Friday by the Douglas County Nevada Triad. As their life stories unfolded, it became apparent that these seniors who were chosen randomly all had an interesting tale to tell. Page B1

• Theater review: "The Odd Couple (Female Version)" opened on Friday and was presented again on Sunday by the Carson Valley Community Theatre. People editor Jo Rafferty found the lines hilarious, as well as the audience, as shown by their laughter. Page B1
