The Carson Valley Art Association will meet, 1:30 p.m., Friday, at the Douglas County Public Library in Minden.
Demonstrator will be Pam Brekas, local artist and president of Nevada Art Association in Carson City.
Her demonstration will be in abstract painting.
Brekas has won 40 awards for paintings and digital photography since 2001.
