Driver safety course 55 ALIVE held at senior center

An AARP driver safety course, (55 ALIVE), sponsored by the Douglas County Senior Services, will be held at the Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane, in Gardnerville on Feb. 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pre-registration is required. Call the senior center at 783-6455 to sign up. A $10 classroom fee, payable at the beginning of class, covers material costs. Participants who complete the class may be eligible for a discount on their automobile insurance.
