The Relay For Life garage sale takes place 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at La Dolce Vita, 1561 Highway 395. All proceeds go to the American Cancer Society.
Browse items from furniture and household items to clothing and books. Light refreshments will be for sale.
There will also be a raffle on site to win a basket of goodies and a $50 gas card. Continuing with this fundraiser, The Record-Courier, 1503 Highway 395, Gardnerville, will be selling raffle tickets for these items until Aug. 23 with the winner selected on Aug. 24. Relay For Life will be at Lampe Park Aug. 26-27.
Make it a garage sale weekend - go to the Relay For Life garage sale as well as the rummage sale at St. Gall Catholic Church this Friday and Saturday.
