Stephanie Denise Green, 43, a Silver Springs resident for the past 16 years, died Dec. 29, 2003, at home. She was born Nov. 7, 1960, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Dennis and Theresa Reynolds West.
Before moving to Silver Springs, she lived in Oseola, Iowa.
Mrs. Green was a certified nursing assistant at a nursing home.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Among her survivors are her husband, Leonard, and daughter, Erin, both of Silver Springs; brothers Dan West of Ogden, Utah, Larry Rauch of Des Moines and Tom West of Mark Twain; and sisters Betty Mertz and Anita Heilman, both of Des Moines.
No service will be held.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
