Carson City Little League looking for umpires

Carson City Little League is now looking for umpires for the 2002 season.

No experience is required as training will be provided before the season begins. Equipment will also be provided for those who don't have their own.

Umpiring at the Little League level is on a volunteer basis and is open to anyone, including high school students.

There will be a mechanics clinic at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Governors Field. There will also be a meeting at 1 p.m. Saturday at Carson Middle School.
