A memorial service for Suzanne Jane Sherwood, 59, a Carson City resident for the past nine years, will be at 3 p.m. Nov. 17, at the Hyatt Lakeside in Incline Village.
Mrs. Sherwood died Oct. 29, 1999, at her residence. She was born Dec. 17, 1939, in Pacific Grove, Calif., to Klifton and Bonnie Niekirk Harris.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived at South Lake Tahoe.
Mrs. Sherwood was a dealer in a casino.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Among her survivors are her husband of 31 years, Phillip, of Carson City; father, Klifton Harris, of Pacific Grove; brother, Mike Harris and wife, Grace, of San Luis Obispo, Calif. and nieces and nephews, Andrew, Benjamin, Beth and Grace.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Hospice.
Reno Memorial Cremation & Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
