Stephen Kirk Downs, 36, a Dayton resident, died Nov. 24, 1999, at his home. He was born March 16, 1963, in Carson City to Kenneth and Renee Downs. He had lived in the Carson City area his entire life.
Among his survivors are his wife, Brenda; sons, Dakota and Sheradan; mother, Renee of Sioux City, Iowa; father, Kenneth of Dayton; sister, Yvette of Carson City; three nephews of Carson City and grandmother of Reno.
No service is scheduled.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
