Educator offers caregiving for parents over summer

Vicky Sweet, a licensed Kindermusik educator, is offering Kindermusik Village for infants to 1 1/2 years and their parent/caregiver this summer. Classes will be held on Wednesdays June 28-Aug. 16 at the recreation annex building on Waterloo Lane in Gardnerville. Classes for older children begin this fall.

Sweet plays with the Carson Symphony and the Silver Strings Quartet and has 10 years' experience in music education, teaching piano and cello lessons.

Created by early childhood music educators and enlarged by the latest research in child development, Kindermusik programs provide early childhood learning opportunities through music and movement curricula and involve families in the joy of their child's development.
