FALLON - Betty Woods Lewis, 74, of Fallon died Wednesday June 28, 2000, at a Carson City convalescent center.
She was born Feb. 19, 1926, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Robert and Pearl Sherrill Woods and was a retired schoolteacher and a homemaker.
She came to Fallon in 1981 from Reno and from Visalia, Calif.
Survivors include sister Cleo Benson of Twin Falls, Idaho; brother Harold Woods of Los Angeles; son Robert Lewis of Longwood, Fla., and a granddaughter.
Visitation for Mrs. Lewis will be 8-9 p.m. Monday at the Smith Family Funeral Home, 505 Rio Vista St. in Fallon. Cremation will follow at the Smith Family Crematory.
