The Jarbidge dispute is a constitutional issue. First all government people take the oath of office to uphold the Constitution of the United States. I don't see any of these judges and forest service people supporting the Constitution.
In the Constitution, it is plainly spelled out as to how the federal government acquires state land and what that land is to be used for. I see no mention of the great outdoors nor the power of the Forest Service not the courts to step on state's rights. Public land no way, this is state owned land; it lies within the borders of the State of Nevada.
If the above is not true, then Nevada is not a state but a territory and the federal government has full say. Are we a state, a territory or just a playground for the bureaucrats?
