Carson High’s Lauren Finnerty dribbles around a Damonte Ranch defender this season. Finnerty was selected as a first team all-region player this winter, solidifying her second all-region team nod after being a second team selection last season.
Both Carson and Douglas High School girls basketball teams had award winners from this season's all-region teams released Thursday afternoon.
