A fire rages behind homes along Conner Way in Pine View Estates early Friday morning.

Residents of Bodie Flat and Conner Way have been advised to evacuate after a Pine View Estates structure fire spread to the wildland.
Douglas County reported the fire in the Pine Nut Mountains southeast of Gardnerville grew to 100 acres as of 6:30 a.m.
Evacuation orders have been issued for residents on the following roads and areas including Lola, Edward, and Jackson roads.
“Residents in these areas are urged to evacuate immediately and avoid the vicinity to ensure both public and firefighter safety,” according to the county.
One home in the neighborhood was lost and another damaged in a fire that spread to the Pine Nuts early Friday morning.
East Fork firefighters responded to a structure fire on Conner Way at 1:46 a.m. According to the Sierra Front Interagency Dispatch the fire spread into the mountains north of the community around 4:10 a.m.
The Sierra Front site also confirmed that the fire started as a structure fire.
Friday was the second day of the fourth red flag warning of the season and firefighters were bracing for high winds that could blow the fire north.
A line of flames could be seen burning above the neighborhood from Highway 395. Firefighters were looking for a bulldozer to help contain the blaze.
The Nevada State Police were called to conduct traffic control along the highway as firefighters streamed toward the fire from across Western Nevada.
The fire is burning about 3 miles southeast of Ruhenstroth.
East Fork and Carson City firefighters are mopping up the structure fire, while federal firefighters tackle the blaze above the neighborhood.
