NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Logan Creek Estates General Improvement
District Tentative and Final Budget for
Fiscal Year 2024 – 2025
April 4, 2024
Notice is hereby given that on Thursday,
April 4, 2024, beginning at 10:00 A.M. The
Board of Trustees of the Logan Creek
Estates General Improvement District will
hold a public hearing on the tentative and
final budget for the fiscal year ending June
30, 2025. The public hearing will be held at
Round Hill Village the Untethered 195 US
50, Zephyr Cove, NV 89448. The budget
has been prepared in such detail and on
appropriate forms as prescribed by the
Nevada Department of Taxation. Copies of
the tentative budget are on file and available
for public inspection at 1745 Logan Creek
Drive, Glenbrook, Nevada, during normal
work hours beginning Monday, April 1,
2024.. If you have an interest in joining the

Board materials and budget information,
