This action was brought for the issuance of a Writ of Restitution for the property located at 3165 US Highway 395 N., Space 143, Minden, Nevada, and for all recovery of all damages arising out of Defendant’s breach and violation of the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement and the Rules and Regulations together with costs and attorney’s fees as more specifically set forth in the Complaint.
