FOR ISSUANCE OF LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, AND FOR
SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner, Robert Bartshe, has filed an Amended Petition for Probate, for Appointment of Administrator, for Issuance of Letters Administration, and for Summary Administration (“Petition”) of the Estate of Richard Lynn Bartshe, deceased, and has set the matter for hearing on April 15, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. in Department II of the Ninth Judicial District Court, located at 1038 Buckeye Road, Minden, Nevada 89423.
The hearing will be conducted in-person. Any person who wishes to be heard on this matter shall appear at the hearing as scheduled. All persons interested in the Estate are notified to appear and show cause why the Petition should not be granted.
In accordance with NRS 145.345, the Petitioner requests authority to administer the Estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the Estate. However, before taking certain actions, the administrator will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be.
