NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given that Petitioners DAVID L. ENGLISH and LAWRENCE B. ENGLISH
have filed in this court a Petition for Issuance of Order Assuming Jurisdiction of Trust; Appointing
Beneficiaries of Trust as Successor Co-Trustees of the Trust to Fill Vacancy and in Place of
Nominated Corporate Trustee; and Confirming Validity of Testamentary Trust and Asset(s) of
Testamentary Trust, and a hearing has been set for Tuesday, the 27th day of February, 2024, at
1:30 P.M., at the courthouse of the above-entitled court. All persons interested in the Estate are notified to appear and show cause why the Petition should not be granted.
