NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE AND ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 5, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. in Department 2 of the above-named Court, the Petition for Probate of Will and for Issuance of Letters Testamentary of the Estate of RICHARD JAMES REDNOUR, also known as RICHARD J. REDNOUR, Deceased, filed on behalf of Petitioner Maryann Wysocki will be considered and heard.
The petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause why the Petition should not be granted.
