NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby
given that RUI O. CUNHA is the duly
appointed and qualified Successor Trustee
of the Beverly A. Cunha Living Trust, dated
July 20, 2005, and any amendments thereto.
Settlor BEVERLY A. CUNHA died on January
1, 2024.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor(s)
or Trust Estate must file a claim with the
undersigned at the address below within
ninety (90) days of date of the first publication
of this Notice.
