Rushing was duly appointed and qualified

by the above-entitled Court August 29, 2023,

as Personal Representative of the Estate of

GERALD B. BAER, Deceased.

All creditors having claims against said

estate are required to file the same, as

required by law, with the Clerk of the Court

within sixty (60) days after the first publication

of this notice.1

Pursuant to NRS 239B.030, the undersigned

does hereby affirm that this document does

such person.
