NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby given that RITA C. TRACY is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of the D.P. Gardia Living Trust, dated January 18, 2018, and any amendments thereto. Settlor DEBRA P. GARDIA died on March 19, 2024.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor or Trust Estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address below within ninety (90) days of date of the first publication of this Notice.
