Public Hearing
The Douglas County Vacation Home Rental
(VHR) Advisory Board meeting will be held on
Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at 10:00
a.m. at the Kahle Community Center, Rubicon
Room, 236 Kingsbury Grade, Stateline,
Nevada.
Agenda items may be taken out of order,
combined for consideration, or removed from
the agenda at any time. All items designated
“for possible action” may include a discussion
by the Vacation Home Rental (VHR) Advisory
Board and they may take action to approve,
modify, deny, take “no action,” or continue the
item.
The agenda will be posted at: https://www.
douglascountynv.gov/ under “Agendas and
Minutes.
For Possible Action: Discussion regarding
the amount of VHR permits that should be
issued within the Lincoln Park residential
community.
The public can only participate in the meeting
by appearing in person. A non-participatory
livestream broadcast of the meeting will
be available via YouTube for the public’s
convenience.
