NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that PAUL

GREGORY MILLER has petitioned the Court

for an Order assigning and setting aside

the Estate of NATALIE LINDA MILLER,

Deceased, without administration pursuant

to Nevada Revised Statute 146.070, and has

set the matter for a hearing on the 17th day

of April, 2023, at 1:30 p.m., in Department II

of the Ninth Judicial District Court in Minden,

Nevada.

The Petition requests that the Estate be set

aside to PAUL GREGORY MILLER, outright.

The matter will be approved without further

hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not

need to appear unless you wish to object.

The undersigned does hereby affirm that

the preceding document does not contain the

Social Security Number of any person.
