executed by CINDY HUNTER ESSAFF aka
CINDY L. HUNTER (grantor) on the 25th
day of April, 2014, and recorded on May 5,
2014 as Document No. 0842026 in Douglas
County, Nevada, that said grantor died on the
10th day of April, 2023, and that said grantor
had a date of birth of the 14th day of August,
1949. A creditor having a claim against the
grantor or her estate must file a claim with the
undersigned at the address given below within
90 days after the first publication of this notice.
