NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the

undersigned has been appointed and qualified

by the Ninth Judicial District Court of the State

of Nevada in and for the County of Douglas as

personal representative of the estate of JOEL

ALDEN JERN, deceased. All creditors having

claims against the estate are required to file

their claims with the clerk of the court within

ninety (90) days after the mailing or the first

publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
