NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby given that MARY SUSAN CORNELL and STEVEN ANTHONY KLEIN are the duly appointed and qualified Successor Co-Trustees of the Klein Family Trust, dated July 26, 1990, and any amendments thereto. Settlor ANTHONY C. KLEIN died on April 14, 2018. Settlor and surviving spouse, SHIRLEY ILLOMAE KLEIN, died on September 14, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor(s) or Trust Estate must file a claim with the
undersigned at the address below within ninety (90) days of date of the first publication of this
Notice.
