Pursuant to NRS 147.010 and 155.020, notice is hereby given that by an order dated August 15, 2023, this Court appointed Shawn Turiano as personal representative for the Estate of Gerard M. Turiano, who died December 12, 2022. All creditors having claims against the Estate are required to file their claims with the Court Clerk within ninety (90) days after the mailing or first publication of this notice (as the case may be), or their claims will be forever barred. Such claims must satisfy the requirements of NRS 147.070, NRS 147.080, and the other provisions of NRS Chapter 147.
